In this class, Pro MMA fighter/ Fairtex sponsored Thai Fighter, Steve Dau teaches you how to transition from striking on your feet to the ground into a position of control, directly into a submission, ground and pound and to defend against the takedown.

Open mat format; generally involves warm-up, technical drilling, live rolling(One-on-one),MMA sparring drills, reversals, take downs, wrestling and cool down. All ages, weights, levels of experience welcome.

Recommended gear: MMA Training gloves, groin cup, neoprene knee pads and mouth guard.
